What can be listed

Rank bids and boosts add to a listing's cumulative ranking stake, less payment reversals. Stake has no scheduled expiry and is not a withdrawable balance. Being overtaken by another listing is not a fault or a reason for a refund.

Permanent visual upgrades change appearance without adding rank stake. Scheduled placements expire at their booked end time and do not add stake. Check the prices and purchase durations before choosing a product.

Payments are final except where mandatory law or an applicable refund decision requires otherwise. Refunds and payment reversals can reduce stake or remove the affected upgrade or placement. The terms of service preserve applicable statutory rights. Anyone can pay to raise another person's listing; these boosts are publicly attributed.

• Sexually explicit content, and links whose main purpose is an adult subscription platform.
• Scams, fake giveaways, phishing, and anything asking for a seed phrase, private key or wallet connection.
• Malware, or links that exist to deliver a download the visitor did not ask for.
• Impersonating a person or company you are not.
• Link shorteners and redirect chains that hide where a visitor actually lands.
• Anything illegal where we operate.

Listings are screened automatically before publication, and anything the screen is unsure about waits for a person before it goes up — you are not charged while it waits.

Anyone can report a listing. Enough independent reports hold it for review. A listing we remove stops sending traffic straight away.

Removal and refund are separate decisions. A listing that broke this policy after receiving recorded clicks is not automatically owed its money back. Applicable statutory rights still apply.

Recorded outbound clicks use daily deduplication and bot filtering. They do not verify unique people or completed destination visits. Public and owner views show the same figures.

Listing click-event records do not store raw IP addresses. Deduplication uses a salted hash. Its limitations are explained in how clicks are counted.
