Terms of service

A rank bid buys additional stake for a listing in the BidToViral advertising city. Websites, Instagram, TikTok and X rank independently by cumulative confirmed rank bids and boosts, less payment reversals. Other listings can overtake yours. Being outbid is not a service fault and does not entitle you to a refund.

Payments are final and non-refundable except where mandatory law or an applicable refund decision requires otherwise. Rank stake has no scheduled expiry and is not a withdrawable balance. Refunds and payment reversals can reduce stake. Prices are in US dollars.

Anyone may pay to raise anyone's listing. Such payments are publicly attributed on the listing. A takeover buys exclusive display for a fixed window at the price quoted when booked.

Building tiers are visual milestones based on cumulative rank stake. An existing or complimentary tier may be retained without adding paid stake or improving rank. A building is an advertising feature, not ownership of land, equity or an investment asset.

Storefront, signature showcase and lighting purchases are permanent visual upgrades while the listing and service remain available. Market booths, street features, airships, central-square sponsorships and takeovers have the start and end times shown before purchase. They expire at the booked end time and do not add ranking stake. Availability and price are confirmed at checkout. See pricing and purchase durations.

If you set an auto-rebid ceiling, we never spend past it. An auto-rebid that would exceed your ceiling simply does not happen.

What may be listed, and how removal works, is set out in the listing policy— it is part of these terms. A listing removed for breaking that policy is not automatically owed its money back.

Recorded outbound clicks use daily deduplication and bot filtering. They do not verify unique people or completed destination visits. Public and owner views show the same figures. We do not promise any particular number of clicks, sales, followers or any other outcome. You are buying the rank stake, visual upgrade or scheduled placement described at checkout. Animated city life is scenery, not evidence of visitor traffic.

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability for anything arising from it is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

BidToViral is operated by Dominik, an independent sole trader, registered in Poland. These terms are governed by Polish law; mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply to you. If we change these terms, the date at the bottom changes with them — bids already made stay under the terms they were made under.
